Meditation for Womxn of Color

We help Womxn of Color, all around the world, to come home to themselves by healing traumas, releasing limiting beliefs, and living a life of compassion and purpose.

Why Meditation

It all starts with the Breath.

Pausing for a moment to breathe, in a world that is always on the go, can be thought of as a luxury to black and brown womxn.

We are here to remind YOU that it is not only ok to slow down and breathe, but it's a must!

So many of us, have no idea what taking a pause looks or even feels like....and that's where Brown Girls Meditate comes in.

We help Womxn of Color who are fed up with living in overwhelm and neglect, to finally prioritize self-care and mindfulness while becoming the Star of their Life Story.
